I have been in the auction business over sixteen years. I have conducted a vast number of auctions. Foley Auction & Realty Company, LLC has experience in real estate, personal property, farm machinery and commercial auctions. I feel the auction method of marketing will net the seller more money.

I have done auctions for the United States Bankruptcy Court as well as the Scott County Courts. I have also done sales as special Master Commissioner. I have done auctions for Estates, Attorneys, Wills, Trusts, Financial Planers and private owners.

I am a graduate of the Nashville Auction School, and have attended numerous educational classes. I am one of the very few auctioneers in the area to receive a designation from the Certified Auction Institute and one of the few in the state to have completed and received a designation for the Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate courses. I am the only auctioneer in the area to be trained in the multi-tract bidding system. I am a Certified Estate Specialist.
