Everything is sold as-is. It is the bidders responsibility to inspect all items before bidding. All bids are final with no returns and no guarantee as to condition. If you are the winning bidder it will be your responsibility to pick up and pay for the items regardless of condition.

Inspection
| AUCTION PREVIEW DATES will be Wednesday May 1st 3:00 to 5:00 and Tuesday May 7 3:00 to 5:00. If you can not attend these previews please call Chip Foley at 502-867-3273 for an appointment. We encourage everyone to preview all items before bidding. |
Auction Item Removal
|
Auction pick- up will be Saturday May 11th from 9:00 to 11:00 pm. WE DO NOT SHIP OR ARRANGE SHIPPING. Bring your own boxes and help. If you can not come to the auction pick-up you can call Foley Auction Co on pick-up day to arrange payment by phone and you can call The UPS Store on Friday at 502-863-5454 to arrange for them to pick up your items and ship them. UPS will not be able to pick up items unless you’ve already arranged payment for items with us.
